We want you to be fully satisfied with your Parfums de Marly purchase; therefore, we accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that samples and discovery sets are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Concierge Service via the online portal with your order number and email address to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully place the item in its original, cellophane-wrapped box and secure it within the original shipping container to ensure the fragrance arrives safely and undamaged.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Shipment

  Affix the provided prepaid label to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
